Raffle Ticket Terms - The Law
The following must be present on a draw ticket:

• Name of the organisation which is running the draw
• Promoters name and address
• The place where the draw is being made and the date
• The name of the Local Authority the organisation is registered with.
• Price of each ticket

It is an offence to offer free tickets. When tickets are on sale to the public the organisation must be registered with the local authority. Licences are obtained from the local authority.
